As an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be responsible for coordinating administrative functions, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing fast-paced tasks. - Provide a customer-focused service to candidates and hiring managers, responding promptly to queries.
- Provide administrative support for the delivery of recruitment activities.
- Coordination of pre-employment screening i.e., VEVO and Criminal History checks
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Springboard.
- Generate employment contracts.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all People Services information while accessing systems.
About You
- Demonstrated experience within Human Resources administration or support roles ideally in a role with a data coordination and management focus.
- Exceptional administrative and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or working towards) or equivalent experience (desirable).
