The TA specialist will provide expertise to support the talent attraction, proactive sourcing and acquisition requirements of Courts Group.Bring your contemporary, proactive, and innovative TA strategies to develop, implement and manage talent acquisition marketing and sourcing for the Courts Group.

  • Lead recruitment marketing initiatives

About You

  • Proven and successful experience as a Talent Acquisition professional within an internal or external function
  • Previous recruitment marketing experience within a large or complex organisation
  • Previous experience in recruiting across Legal functions would be highly regarded, however not essential
  • Experience writing, creating and curating content
  • Strong experience in successful partnering and influencing at all levels
  • Expert knowledge and success using social channels, job boards and contemporary sourcing techniques
  • Experience building an engaged talent pipeline
  • Exceptional ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping strategies
