  • Provide professional and customer-focused technical services, administration, monitoring, maintenance, support, advice and knowledge for provisioning of one or more technologies.
  • Undertake technical investigations to resolve complex and specialised technical issues, using sound judgement to escalate as needed.
  • Resolve, collaborate on, and escalate issues as appropriate to ICT Service Delivery Manager or relevant ICT leadership and provide appropriate and timely information and updates to stakeholders regarding progress.
  • Apply new concepts and ideas to achieve innovative, efficient, and effective delivery of technical Services.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, including development of technical and process documents.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Analytical aptitude for understanding business-critical issues and escalation processes.
  • Strong general knowledge and troubleshooting of Microsoft stack of applications, Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365, Endpoint Manager, Apple products, printers and peripherals.
  • Demonstrated experience in operating within an IT support team environment and in meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
