The RoleReporting to the Sales Director, this role will be a full-time position based from home, however there will be some team workshops requiring attendance in Melbourne CBD.Key responsibilities include:
- Generate and optimise leads + conversion of warm leads into sales
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, focusing on achieving business growth and target acquisitions
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback
Skills and Experience:
- Prior Sales / Tele Sales experience
- Ability to work autonomously at home (must be based in Victoria to attend team workshops)
- A positive “can do” attitude + Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport – you need to be comfortable to pick up the phone and have a chat
- Confident manner and eager work ethic
- Must be Melbourne based to attend workshops and team training
