For us at ANZ it is also an important part of our multi-year transformation program, contributing to simplifying our business and reducing costsThe Mission Control Team, within the Customer Readiness Stream, is primarily responsible for minimising and preventing Customer concerns through the migration journey. Work Hours: Full-timeWhat will your day look like?As a Journey Expert in Mission Control, you are responsible for three main areas:
- Maintaining the holistic roadmap for Mission Control across the migration program – working with people across TMS, ANZPlus, and Data to make sure the objectives are aligned and effective
- Ensuring that metrics, measures and reporting are documented, effective and shared across teams
- Maintaining and updating metrics and analytics with Hypercare feedback loop

- Operational Risk: Strong understanding of operational and product risk and ability to identify and manage risks

- Change Management: ability to effectively implement a solution, utilizing tools and techniques available, across multiple stakeholders and businesses
- Solution Design: Critically think through and recommend strong technical and non-technical solutions
