As they are expanding their portfolio, they are seeking a talented Project Lead Architect with expertise in education projects and proficiency in Revit to join their Melbourne office.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design and delivery of education projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Utilise Revit to develop detailed architectural designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our design capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect in Australia.
- Minimum of 5 years post registration experience
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage client relationships.
- A creative mindset with a passion for innovative design solutions.
