The OpportunityThis leading Australian property investment and development business, that is committed to producing high quality outcomes, is now looking for their next People Experience Consultant to join the team.As the People Experience Consultant, you will support HR administration, compliance management, recruitment, and change initiatives. Reporting to the Head of People & Change, you will play a key role in cultivating a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.The Role
- Provide administrative support across the full employee life cycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, contract management, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to exciting HR projects focused on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing initiatives, and broader change management efforts, ensuring meaningful impact.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and alignment with best practices.
- Support a range of change initiatives, helping to plan, communicate, and implement changes smoothly while supporting leaders and employees through transitions.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees and leaders on HR matters across the full employee life cycle.
- Prepare and present HR analytics and reports, delivering insights across key people metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, and workforce trends.
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end when required, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Conduct new starter inductions, ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience that fosters connection and understanding of the business culture.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist role, with exposure to the full employee life cycle and a broad range of HR functions.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute HR initiatives while managing competing priorities.
- Exposure to change management would be highly advantageous, with an understanding of how to support teams and leaders through periods of transformation.
