This firm is looking for a People & Culture professional to join their team in either an Advisor or Coordinator capacity, depending on your experience. This role will see you providing HR support across a range of operational and strategic functions, working closely with key stakeholders to drive best practices and support a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing HR advisory support to staff and management;
  • Managing HR processes such as onboarding, performance reviews, and policy development;
  • Overseeing recruitment processes, including end-to-end hiring for support roles;
  • Assisting with learning and development initiatives, including CPD tracking and internal training coordination;
  • Supporting workplace relations, OH&S compliance, and wellbeing initiatives; and
  • Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

ABOUT YOU
We are open to candidates with different levels of experience, from an emerging HR professional looking to take the next step in their career, to an established advisor. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 1-3+ years of HR experience (professional services or corporate environments preferred);
  • A strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices;
  • Experience in recruitment, policy development, and employee relations;
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills;
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach; and
  • The ability to work with confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
