Take responsibility for the daily operational management of the unit, nursing staff and patients through accountability as the senior nurse on shift. Participate in relevant multidisciplinary meetings, case conferences, ward rounds and other clinical management meetings for team-based care planning. Provide clinical leadership, practical support, mentoring and development of the nursing workforce.
