About the role:Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in Recruitment and Human Resource (HR) Operations across Uniting AgeWell. This exciting role is perfect for anyone looking for their first opportunity in HR post study, or for anyone looking to further their skillset across all aspects of HR. Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Administrative support including assisting with cessations, internal transfers and compliance
- Recruitment including leading services for some of our sites, guiding our managers and applicants through the process end-to-end
- Learning and Development support including data entry, systems support and ad-hoc administrative support
- Various HR Generalist duties assisting with acquisitions, change management, database management and process development
- Permanent full time role, Monday – Friday, based in Melbourne’s CBD and sites based in Melbourne’s outer suburbs
