About the Role
The Patient Services Clerk Team Leader will provide leadership, management and clerical support to the Cancer Centre Patient Services clerical team, by being a role model with exceptional leadership skills to ensure that patient centered customer service and administrative support is delivered at the highest possible standard.To review the clinic model and implement improvements to ensure ongoing efficienciesMonitor and review clinic performanceParticipates and represents cancer center clinics in health service wide committee’s such as MBS revenueProvides operational leadership for clinic and CDU processes during unexpected emergenciesClassifications for this position will range from HS3 – HS25 ($74,448 – $80,433 per annum).Your ContributionPrevious management experience – proven ability to lead a teamKnowledge of private health fund billingKnowledge of public health fundingPrevious experience with MBS billingComputer skills, including Microsoft Office applicationsCurrent Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtainWhat we Offer

The Cancer Centre at St. Vincent’s Hospital provides services to patients with cancer in the ambulatory setting. This is includes the Chemotherapy Day Unit and clinics for Medical Oncology, Clinical Haematology, Psychosocial and Palliative Care.Working at St Vincent’s
