Based in Melbourne within the Marketing Events & Entertainment team, the Entertainment & Events Executive will be responsible for successfully sourcing and coordinating the entertainment activities & schedules across the complex.In this role, you’ll create joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Coordinate & source talent that aligns with our brand through leveraging market knowledge & contacts as well as building/maintaining relationships with agencies, suppliers and sponsors
  • Implement and coordinate entertainment/event operational aspects e.g. timelines, staffing, music & talent casting, supplier management, AV/production specifications and OH&S requirements
  • Monitor all associated entertainment costs within budgets e.g. negotiating pricing, production costs, marketing expenses etc
  • Manage all communications & maintain rapport with clients, suppliers & internal departments such as marketing teams and delivery

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar environment with sound knowledge as well as a genuine passion around the entertainment and events industry
  • Demonstrated experience in managing entertainment budgets & negotiations with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative and has the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise & connect with guests and stakeholders at all levels
