Due to their continued AUS success, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Melbourne team.Business Development Manager responsibilities:
- Identify target prospects and key decision-makers
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email or other social mediums
- Follow a high-performing and successful sales process
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner
- Identify pain points and demonstrate a value offering to potential clients
- Deliver in-person and web-based product demos
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Become a product expert
Business Development Manager requirements:
- 1-2 years’ B2B full consultative sales cycle experience
- Business-related degree (highly desirable)
- Financial service sector exposure
- Hungry and driven to succeed
- Spin or Challenger Sales experience
- Salesforce or similar (IT proficiency)
- Comfortable and confident with outbound phone activity
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Team player
- Economic knowledge (trends, objectives, and issues)
Business Development Manager rewards:
- 80-90k Base Salary
