james.wray@dffh.vic.gov.au or 0437 657 373Position DetailsTHE ROLEThe Engagement Officer sits within the newly established Service Delivery and Partnership Support team and performs a key role in facilitating stakeholder engagement to enhance Disability Homes Victoria’s (DHV) service delivery model. The position will collaborate with the Partnership Lead and engage with DHV operational partners, such as Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers, through forums, capacity development functions, and place-based community engagements. The role will support engagement and assist in developing methods to manage collaboration agreements across several providers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with stakeholder management and highly developed organisational skills.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Identify key stakeholders and collaborate with the Partnership Lead to develop communication and engagement plans that cater to the interest and influence level of each stakeholder.
- Contribute to planning forums, surveys, and interviews with key stakeholders to gather insights to inform communication, engagement, and partnership improvements to DHV’s service delivery model.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate place-based community engagements and forums.
