About You:
- Experience in ER/IR matters (ideally 2-4 years).
- Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and HR policies.
- Proven ability to manage workplace cases (performance, investigations, and disciplinary processes).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
