With more and more services being introduced to both metro and regional areas this is organisation is significantly contributing to Victoria’s advancement.About the RoleThis is a 6 month contract to support the anticipated increased volume of cases and investigations as the business goes through a period of change.

  • Provide high-level and specialist advice on strategic and operational workplace relations matters involving the interpretation of enterprise agreement provisions, policies and procedures and workplace legislation, including the provision of advice and complex case management, support and issues resolution to a range of managers and staff.
  • Develop, maintain and grow excellent relationships with managers and staff at all levels, and with HR colleagues to provide professional leadership, guidance and support.
  • Accurate & comprehensive case management
  • Provide advice and assistance to the client group on a broad range of staff and management related HR activity.

Experience Required:

  • To be considered, this role requires demonstrated employee and industrial relations experience, ideally with exposure to high volume environments.
  • Demonstrate excellent investigative and analytical skills, accompanied with demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of industrial relations legislation, practices and strategies.
  • Ability to build credible business relationships, consult and provide specialist advice on a broad range of complex workplace and employee relations.

About You
With demonstrated expertise in ER/IR, either built in specialist roles or as part of a broader HR remit, you will possess a natural consultative style with well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills, along with the proven ability to influence a variety of stakeholders.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply below.
