Job title: Warehouse Coordinator

Job description: We have an exciting opportunity available in the Southeastern Suburbs of Melbourne for an experienced Warehouse Stores person/Coordinator to join this global leader. The role will be varied and would ideally suit an experienced Store person/Warehouse Team Leader who has a strong background in Warehouse setting within a Manufacturing facility. This role does have the potential to move into a Leadership role for the right candidate.Working in a small team you will be responsible for the spare parts inventory; duties will include the following:A proven background in Manufacturing processes including Inventory and Stores, issuing parts and materials to the maintenance team.
Forklift duties, loading and unloading of trucks
Cataloguing and recording stock locations
Raising of Purchase orders
Understanding of computerised ERP system such as MEX or similar
Adherence to OH&S policy and procedures
To ensure your success it is essential that you have the following attributesMust have an LF Forklift license
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar setting
A Trade background in Fitting an advantage/not essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MEX or similar
Flexibility to work overtime if needed
