Expectations are high as we strive to deliver nothing short of excellence to our guests and we want to work with professionals who are dedicated and motivated to succeed.Our ideal candidate will have:Relevant qualification and/or 12 to 18 months of experience in Michelin, hatted or premium restaurants
Works well under pressure and understands the requirements for a fast-paced restaurant
A good level of French food & wine knowledge, and the desire for continual learning
Enthusiasm to create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service
