Job description: VIP Hosts ensure that the most valuable customers of the business receive a high standard of service by taking care of their needs. The role requires to have extensive knowledge of the product, which makes addressing customer queries simpler. The host is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by identifying and fulfilling customer needs to improve the overall customer experience. Your portfolio will include managing up to 325 players. VIP Hosts collaborate with the Manager and Senior Hosts to contribute to team development goals.Who are we?

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high value clients to determine existing and future business needs
  • Understand the client’s objectives and decision-making process and forming long-term partnerships with individuals
  • Actively and successfully manage the assigned accounts from start to finish including managing and maintaining your relationship, ensuring all enquiries are followed through
  • Identify and grow opportunities within your client base and collaborate with the VIP to ensure maximum growth
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, in line with customer needs and objectives
  • Analysis of client behaviours and overall value to the business
  • Make optimal use of communication tools such as chat room on site, email, telegram and any additional platforms required to engage with VIP players
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with VIP Manager, Supervisor and Senior hosts to contribute to team development goals.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
  • Sports or Marketing Qualifications preferred but not required.
  • High level of global sports knowledge
  • Strong gambling knowledge
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
