Job description: We are currently seeking a skilled UAT Test Lead. You will be responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for various software projects.Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAT testing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of UAT processes and best practices.
- Experience in leading UAT efforts for complex software projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and motivate team members.
- Proven experience in writing and executing test scripts and test cases.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira or HP ALM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
