This is a fabulous opportunity to work with a global media platform within a dynamic and high calibre team of training and development specialists, marketing, sales and other cross functional teams.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Education Partners and Trainers to execute online education events, tracking, data analysis & reporting
- Moderate online training sessions, including delivering the introduction & housekeeping slides, troubleshooting tech issues and monitoring the Q&A box
- Support the Business Education Partners with building & maintaining the training calendar for supported markets, adding and updating training dates to ensure accuracy of event dates/programs within your supported market
- Liaise with all cross functional partners to ensure a seamless execution of training events, including internal and external suppliers.
- Manage our online help-desk, acting as first response and representing the brand when answering online support tickets on platform and products
- Produce and update internal marketing collateral, including but not limited to program visuals and event/program/quarterly wrap-ups
- Partner with cross functional teams to create custom deck learning webinar trainings
- Build out invites, sharing enrolment links and managing RSVP numbers for in-person and online education events
- Maintain and update the Business Education program tracking document with your market’s education event data, including RSVP & final attendee numbers, and other session details
- Monitor and provide regular reporting to support global programs/initiative, including AEP, MBP, Trainer Network and any other newly introduced educational programs
- Send out weekly communications & reminders to the full team for the following week’s training calendar, ensuring each person knows which sessions they are supporting, has the correct materials & joining links
Skills and experience required:
- Proven record of delivering 360 event management and leading event logistics across in-person or online education programs
- Strong working knowledge of webinar tools – GoToTraining, Zoom, Bluejeans, Webex etc.
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Exceptional administrative skills across calendar management, webinar analytics and reporting
- Experience in developing and refreshing marketing collateral and training decks
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
