- Develops, maintains and executes TPRMs strategy and continuous improvement program in line with better industry practices and evolving regulator expectations.
- Drives the design, development and deployment of enhancements to the TPRMHub solution, with a focus on useability and simplicity.

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VICWhat will your day look like?As TPRM Strategy & Products Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering and maintaining key components of the TPRM Continuous Improvement (CI) Program including requirements definition and management of backlog items
- Working with the stakeholders to understand the business needs, dynamics and key pain points, and translating them into requirements that contribute to a logical solution
- Act as a day-to-day contact point for the SNOW Support Team and support them in delivering to expected service level agreements
- Taking the lead under the direction of the TPRM Strategy & Products Lead on maintaining and uplifting the TPRM business rules / decision trees in line with agreed Risk Theme Owner requirements
- Working with the TPRM Strategy & Product Manager to support key TPRM stakeholders in line with the agreed TPRM strategy and service delivery guidelines
- Providing day-to-day support and mentorship for the TPRM Strategy & Products Analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 7+ years demonstrated experience in project delivery or strategy execution
- 3+ years third-party risk knowledge and/or specific risk domain/procurement processes and policies in the financial services industry, preferably for TPRM as part of a cross-border team
- Previous practical experience in managing requirements for large and complex initiatives, proficient in requirements gathering and articulation, and documentation
- Relevant experience delivering change in a complex, large, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Lean and Kanban and proficiency in supporting tools e.g. JIRA
- Experience in managing a squad with successful coaching /mentoring of junior team members
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
