We are looking for an experienced Insights & Enterprise BI Manager to lead a team of analysts and harness the power of data to deliver actionable insights that shape the future of our business.What you’ll do:Inspire Teams: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of analysts, empowering their growth and ensuring success.Drive Strategic Decisions: Analysing and interpreting complex data related to customer facing e-Commerce sites for our patient fulfilment platform (Umeds) and our medical consulting platform (Alternaleaf), providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.Enhance BI Systems: Maintain and enhance the BI environment in Looker, prioritise new BI requests, and deliver actionable insights.Collaborate at the Top: Engage with senior leadership, providing clear recommendations on metrics, OKRs, and business performance improvements.Deliver Results: Develop dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators and keep leadership informed.Lead Data Strategy: Develop and implement segmentation frameworks to better understand patient and pharmacy behaviors, driving retention and growth strategies.Manage Projects: Oversee the delivery of data initiatives on time and within scope, ensuring high-quality outputs.QualificationsExperience and Expertise: Extensive experience in Insights and Business Intelligence in a similar role within e-commerce, telehealth, or related industries.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams of analysts.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Python, Looker and data visualisation tools.Project Management: Strong skills in delivering analytical projects from start to finish.Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data modeling, statistical analysis, and scalable BI solutions.Communication Mastery: Stellar ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Additional InformationYou’ll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
