About the role:Operating within School Operations, the Team Leader PEP provides direction for the Professional Experience Placement Services team in VIC, through building rapport, effective liaison and managing of relationships and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders; and supporting the provision of high-quality professional placement services.   • Total remuneration valued to $109,558 – $117,682 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $92,578 – $99,443 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks’ salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
