VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.About the roleExpressions of Interest are being sought for a Team Leader for the Planning & Environment Division at VCAT.The role plays an integral part in leading, supporting and developing registry staff who are responsible for processing applications, hearing notices, correspondence, fees, Member referrals and filing of correspondence.The role will also proactively oversee and manage the performance outputs and service delivery of registry teams according to operational requirements under the direction and guidance of the Registrar and Deputy Registrar.The role will be required to actively support and implement change process initiatives and undertake project activities designed to improve Tribunal operations to effectively deliver outstanding services to stakeholders and users of the Tribunal.This roles is a fixed term position until 29th August 2025.About YouThe preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate they have knowledge and experience working in a change environment and have proven skills in adapting to competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met.Your ability to maintain flexibility and quickly modify your approach will be essential in this role.You will have proven supervision skills highlighting your ability to manage the work of others and be able to demonstrate how you have addressed gaps in the work produced of others.You will possess the following skills:

- technical proficiency interpreting and applying legislation and work practices.
