We are seeking a Team Leader – Pay Tools for our Bendigo, Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney office locations. Full-time and part-time hours are available. Offers will be based on candidate performance and operational requirements.This recruitment process will be used to fill a current Ongoing position. About the TeamThe Legal and Specialist Advice Branch provides specialised advice and content on workplace rights and responsibilities. Our Pay Tools Team proactively maintains our pay tools, including the Pay and Conditions Tool (PACT), pay guides and historical pay rates, and ensures they remain up to date, including by leading and coordinating the FWO’s response to the Fair Work Commission Annual Wage Review (AWR) Decision.The Pay Tools Team uses several IT systems to maintain and update the information available through our pay tools, including Oracle Intelligent Advisor and SharePoint.
