Job description: Team Lead – IT Technician – 2-3 days per week in the office (South Melbourne location) – Permanent Full Time! Key Requirements:-
- Leading and Managing (What is your biggest team + What is your smallest team)
- Percentage management and Percentage hands on (This role is 25% management, 75% hands on)
- Level 2 support
- Level 3 support
- SQL a MUST
- Networking, Team Viewer, Cradlepoint
- AWS EC2
- Total experience in help desk
