Courts Group is seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to attract top talent for key roles, using contemporary and innovative strategies to build an engaged and diverse talent pipeline. You will drive recruitment initiatives, elevate our brand presence in the talent market, and help us achieve recruitment excellence.Key responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement innovative, proactive talent acquisition strategies that attract high-quality candidates across various channels.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to create compelling business cases for recruitment marketing investments, ensuring tangible benefits and ROI.
- Lead the development, creation, and curation of engaging content to promote Courts Group’s employer brand and attract top talent.
- Provide guidance and education on contemporary talent attraction strategies, tools, and sourcing techniques to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proactively source and pipeline candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern tools.
- Lead the recruitment process for select key roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate with team members to foster growth, capability, and high performance in talent acquisition.
About You
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, with a strong track record in sourcing, recruitment marketing, and talent strategy.
- Expertise in leveraging social media, job boards, and contemporary sourcing techniques to build a strong, engaged talent pipeline.
- Expertise in managing and optimising talent attraction platforms and tools, including Seek, LinkedIn, and other recruitment marketing tools.
- Experience with proactive sourcing and pipelining, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other cutting-edge techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver successful recruitment outcomes.
- A passion for educating and mentoring others in talent acquisition best practices, while driving consistency and performance within the tea,
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or underway) or an equivalent tertiary qualification/ experience (desirable).
