About the company:Collectively across three brands, this organisation has over 450 stores globally, 260 of which are in Australia and New Zealand.Leading a team of three, the role reports to a truly collaborative and authentic HR Leader and partners with stakeholders globally, with a true opportunity to partner and influence at the Executive level.Across two offices in Melbourne and Torquay as well as in close partnership with the office in New Zealand, this role will shape the talent strategy and EVP of this evolving organisation going through an exciting time of change and growth.Moving to a new global people system in mid 2025, experience in a system implementation change project would be highly desirable.With a fresh approach to how they attract talent, there is an appetite for someone to truly innovate and influence senior stakeholders around different ways of attraction and retention on a global scale. With strong internal mobility and store recruitment handled by Store Managers, this role will be hands on in Executive hiring and lead the team across all other areas of corporate and store and Regional Manager hiring.About you:Ideally you will have had experience within a retail or multisite fast paced environment with an affinity for the outdoors. It would be beneficial to have implemented a new people system previously.
