Job description: This leading global business is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team. Based in Melbourne, this role offers an immediate start for the right candidate. Hybrid working arrangements are on offer, with the ability to work from the Melbourne CBD or South East office. This temporary role starts on the 6th of January, with an initial commitment of 3 months.ABOUT THE ROLE:
Implement HR solutions in line with business strategy
Provide recommendations and solutions across different HR area’s
Develop new HR policies, practices and programs
Assist with complex Employee Relations issues
Advise manager and supervisors on workplace relations and WH&SABOUT YOU:
Previous experience in an HR Advisor position
Strong experience in Employee Relations
Experience in industries such as construction, mining or health care is highly regarded
Experience in interpreting Australian employment laws and WH&SBENEFITS:
