- Previous retail management experience-whether at the Department, Assistant, or Store Manager level.
- A passion for and experience in the beauty and apparel industry.
- Ability to manage a team, with a willingness to learn recruitment and performance management processes.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Most importantly, a creative, go-getter attitude and a proactive approach!
- A people person with excellent communication and organizational skills.
