Job description: Join this highly rated litigation team and enjoy a mix of commercial disputes with significant trial work. Work on offer includes a range of interesting and complex commercial and tax dispute resolution and litigation matters for a sophisticated and established client base including brand names and listed clients/globals.This role will see you working closely with highly-regarded partners who are experts in their field. You will gain exposure to a variety of disputes including shareholder and partner disputes, regulatory litigation, property litigation, financial services and securities litigation, tax disputes and large estates litigation.With several significant trials upcoming in forums such as the Supreme Court, Federal Court, and the Court of Appeal, this is a great time to join the firm and gain valuable trial experience.To be successful in this role you will posses sound legal and commercial acumen, enjoy dealing with clients face to face and be willing to step up and and take on meaningful roles in large disputes.The partners in the team are great to work for, with a positive, vibrant approach and a sense of humour.
