Job description: Job Description:We are currently seeking a Service Desk Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the service desk operations, ensuring timely resolution of IT support requests and delivering excellent customer service to end-users.Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT support or helpdesk environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
