About the Role
As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are being seamlessly delivered to internal (Pre-Analytical Services Department workforce) and external clients.
- Ensure that service delivery and service support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of service in an effective and cost-efficient manner
- Identify internal and external client issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders.
- Provide accurate and regular reports to the Pre-Analytical Services Manager on performance of the service delivery.
- Educate Pre-Analytical staff and external clients on the effective use of all equipment.
- Audits are conducted annually in accordance with quality system audit tools.
Classifications for this position will be IN27 ($71,141.2 per annum pro rata).Your Contribution
- Certificate III/IV in pathology collection or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Experience in supply chain
- Good computer skills and the ability to use QPulse support software
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills
- Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain/ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain (Select which is applicable)
