You will be responsible for reviewing and improving the existing ‘Measurement, Evaluation and Learning Framework’ currently in operation at BHHP.Hours of work are 8 hours per fortnight with flexibility of workdays. All services at the site are delivered through a partnership between the Brotherhood of St Laurence, Launch Housing and St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne (SVHM), along with relevant government departments.The BHHP supports individuals with health issues who are experiencing chronic homelessness by providing an integrated health and homelessness service response for stays between 12-26 weeks. The BHHP environment will support residents to rest and recover, and address health and social issues, according to the person’s own goals.Working at St Vincent’s
