- Maintaining crucial project documents which track project progress and reporting insights. This may include reporting dashboards, assisting business case preparation, maintaining registers and action item logs.
- An understanding of how to identify and capture risks and issues. You will record identified risks and issues in a register/log and manage on a regular basis with Branch leadership for reporting and other reporting activities as required
- Maintain the project schedule, monitoring deadlines for each project task and reporting any identified and/or potential delays to the Branch leadership
- Leading and/or supporting special projects as they arise and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement capture of data and reporting.
- Maintaining project documents including reporting dashboards and databases, registers, document management, updating and version control of project delivery framework tools and templates, document accessibility and action item logs
- Assist in maintaining the Agency-wide view of programs and contribute to planning the management of changes affecting the Agency staff and/or participants, partners and other stakeholders
- Organise meetings, create minutes from meetings, prepare regular email correspondence and preparing formal communication regarding the project.
About you:
- You will have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team as well as autonomously
- You will have analytical & Problem-Solving skills: Ability to interpret data, with strong conceptual and analytical skills and support the development of practical solutions.
- You will have project Management & PMO Experience: Experience in supporting the development of project plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks & strong knowledge of risk, issue, and benefit management.
- You will have Governance & Decision-Making skills: Sound judgment in prioritising tasks and guiding decision-making within delegations.
- You will have Technology & Systems skills: Proficiency and active use in Microsoft Word, Project, Visio, Excel, and PPM tools.
- You will collaboration & Adaptability with ways of working: Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple priorities with levels of ambiguity, flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and changing directions.
