Job description: Exceptional opportunity to build your digital leadership experience within a high-profile, dynamic corporate brand.A 12 month maternity leave opening for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to develop, implement and optimise digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth. You will focus on leveraging key digital channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, affiliates and other performance-driven initiatives to maximise conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital initiatives align with the company’s broader marketing objectives, ultimately driving measurable and impactful results.In this role you will manage 2 direct reports and have responsibility for a significant performance marketing budget working closely with an external media agency partner. You will play a pivotal role in developing and overseeing the company’s digital media strategy collaborating with senior internal stakeholders and will be expected to have a strong understanding of audience targeting, channel allocation, performance analysis and budget management.
