You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Finance Partners, Performance & Insights teams, and business unit leaders, to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.What’s in it for you:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis and commercial insights to support business decision-making.
- Assess, analyze, and investigate financial reporting, understanding variances to expectations, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards and metrics that effectively communicate insights and support business strategies.
- Utilize data visualization tools (such as Power BI) to present financial information clearly and effectively.
- Support change initiatives by managing financial impacts and ensuring compliance with group finance policies.
- Maintain an understanding of group finance policies, identify compliance gaps, and propose solutions.
- Keep abreast of external best practices, innovation, and financial management approaches.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide commercial insights.
- Proven ability to deliver results, instill trust, and drive business performance.
- Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI.
- Degree-qualified, ideally with a CA or CPA certification.
- Resilience, self-awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
