Job description: Job Description:Robert Half has partnered with an Australian operating Not-for-Profit and are actively seeking an experienced senior finance officer to join on a permanent basis.This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to join a unique and dynamic organisation where no two days will be the same.This role will have a blend of transactional duties as well as management of balance sheet and reconciliation.This role will require strong communication skills as you will be required to engage with various financial and non-financial stakeholders.Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivables
- Balance sheet management
- Reconciliations
- Month end reporting
- Stakeholder engagement
- Adapting to ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
Your Profile:To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience within the not for profit / commercial industries
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Technology One or other accounting system
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines
- The versatility to work independently and collaboratively.
