- Inspire and lead a large high performance multifaceted team of circa 200 talented people based in Traralgon, Victoria

- This role is based in Melbourne or Traralgon
The purposeAs the Senior Executive, Registry Frontline Services you will oversee the teams responsible for managing the day-to-day ASIC registry functions including more than 3.2 million companies and 2.7 million business names.The registry services of ASIC include the efficient and effective operation of over 30 legal registers, that are the official source of information about business names, companies and other professionals, registered or licensed to operate in the Australian Economy.The teamYou will be accountable for leading the high performing Registry Frontline Services teams responsible for the following functions:
- Service Delivery including the call centre
- Business Registry Support
- Registry Work Management & Reporting
- Data Systems & Integrity
- Revenue & Mail Management
Collaborate with all teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience.About youTo be successful in this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the demonstrated ability to lead, support and influence large, high performing teams that handle high volumes of time-sensitive work in a dynamic and complex environment. Ideally this senior leadership experience will have been gained having oversight of a major call centre or essential public service ideally within a government or regulated context.
