- Design, develop, and deliver RPA solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes
- Enhance and maintain existing automation, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance improvements
- Support end-to-end automation projects, from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment
- Mentor and collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and fostering best practices in automation
- Troubleshoot and optimize RPA bots, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime
Your experience
- 5+ years of RPA development experience, ideally with UiPath certification
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, with Python or other scripting languages being a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience debugging, testing, and optimising automation workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing
