Work Hours: Full timeWhat will your day look like?Attend and facilitate a check in meeting with your team where you will be updated on the team’s priorities & targets for the day and the role you play in meeting thoseFulfill a request where you will apply your mortgage skills and deliver a quality and timely customer experienceLiaise with a customer, frontline lender or a customer’s legal representative to discuss a deal you are managing. You will use all your problem solving skills to try and negotiate the best possible outcome for both the customer and ANZHave a one-on-one with your manager, where you will discuss your performance, opportunities for development and follow up on any previously agreed actionsHelp guide another team deliver on their customer service promise by using your skills whilst demonstrating your flexibility, positive mindset and willingness to adapt to changeEnsure that staff are highly productive and guided on customer outcomesWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:Strong customer focus and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and professionally to frontline lenders, brokers and Customer Settlement peersAbility to develop sound relationships with ANZ customers & ANZ staffHigh level of attention to detail – is alert for errors and process improvement opportunitiesAbility to analyse the root cause of a problem and able to identify possible solutionsAbility to actively seek information to understand a customer’s circumstances and needsCan manage personal daily work allocations in a timely manner to meet customer expectationsHas a genuine interest in the customer and focusses on improving the standard of customer experience, process improvement and qualityYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
