The Senior Change Analyst will undertake all activities required to build and sustain commitment across the organisation to the IBAC Premises program. It will play a pivotal role in supporting these changes through change planning, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, organising interventions and preparing communications.The role will be required to:
- Manage and deliver the implementation of change strategies for the successful delivery of IBAC premises projects applying sound change management principles and best practice methodologies to achieve the required outcomes.
- Develop the end-to-end change strategies, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, change readiness assessments, as well as plan and organise any communications and change interventions.
- Apply IBAC’s change management framework and standards to ensure consistent engagement and change management.
- Provide expert advice and information on emerging project and change issues and present recommendations to inform decision making and mitigate the impacts of change to our people and our business.
- Create change management and communications plans and deliver awareness sessions through a structured change management implementation strategy.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships though effective communication, consultation, negotiation to aid in project implementation.

- Demonstrated experience as a change analyst or change manager in a government agency and/or complex environment is essential.
- A tertiary qualification (APMG/PROSCI/AGSM) is mandatory and a professional certification in Change Management is preferred (Change Management Institute membership & accreditation).
- Prior experience in relocation and/or organisational structuring
- Requires strong analytical skills with the ability to:
- identify the need to change
- describe the reasons for the change and the risks of not changing
- assess impact of changes on stakeholders
- actively promote and drive change using broad influencing skills to overcome barriers and gain support
- draw upon a range of sources for ideas and solutions.
