It’s one of the most comprehensive, flexible, and dynamic risk management solutions available today.Join us at Protecht!Due to our global expansion at Protecht, we are seeking an exceptional sales professional with a strong commercial focus with expertise in risk, compliance, cyber or related fields.As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will be focused on pursing, promoting, and converting sales of Protecht’s ERM to the enterprise market across Australia and New Zealand. This includes developing and executing campaigns in market segments and industry niche’s, building strong relationships with new customers and bring absolute discipline to the organisation’s growth culture.This is a key role with tremendous scope to make a real impact and can be based in Sydney and Melbourne. You are a skilled sales professional with experience managing and overseeing small sales teams.Protecht offers a fast paced and results driven environment with competitive remuneration and excellent growth potential. You will be a part of a strong Sales team and work closely with Senior Executives, CEO’s and Boards delivering both strategic and tactical client focused solutions to a diverse range of industries and customers.You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You are a Sales professional who genuinely loves what you do with experience in the risk and/or SaaS space
  • You are passionate about risk management space. In this role, you will come with an understanding in risk advisory and or related fields such as Business Continuity, Resilience, Cyber, Clinical Risk, 3PRM or WHS
  • Experience in building sales strategies to deliver exponential growth across new and existing markets in the APAC space
  • Anticipate industry trends and contribute to the creation of innovative new offerings
  • Strong relationship building including presentation and influencing skills at all organisational levels including c-Suite
  • Prove track record in sales and strong business acumen, commercially focused with a competitive mindset
  • An understanding of organisational risks and ability to enunciate the potential impacts and importance of mitigation strategies
  • A strong industry network across the Risk, Cyber, Resilience and or Tech Risk industry would be highly regarded
  • You are great with systems and have previous experience in SaaS environment
  • Be a real people person, who has experience in managing key relationships and has a drive for achieving results
  • Experience managing sales teams would be highly regarded
