This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal professional with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in General Insurance (Defendant) to further their career and work with a leading team in the industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients in the general insurance sector, focusing on defendant matters.
- Manage a varied caseload of complex insurance claims, including liability, property damage, and personal injury cases.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, advice, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court and at mediation, providing strategic legal guidance and negotiation expertise.
- Manage and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and timely solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, legal trends, and emerging issues in general insurance.
