You’ll engage in significant projects across civil, infrastructure, and mining sectors, focusing on managing subsurface environmental risks, geosynthetics, embankments, earthworks, and surface water management.
- Develop innovative and sustainable engineering solutions as part of an industry-leading team.
- Lead the delivery of complex projects in geo-environmental engineering, urban infrastructure, waste management, and mining.
- Prepare and review technical documentation for clients across various project phases.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting both project delivery and business development initiatives.
- Ensure the highest quality in project delivery, overseeing risk management and maintaining technical standards.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing project responsibilities.
- Support operational management efforts, contributing to the development and execution of strategies to achieve business objectives.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering, with significant relevant experience.
- Strong background in civil/environmental/geotechnical engineering, especially related to subsurface environmental risks, geosynthetics, embankments, earthworks, and surface water management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Proven leadership in project management, including multidisciplinary projects.
- A highly motivated, innovative mindset with a dedication to technical excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, make strategic decisions, and mentor engineering professionals.
