- Ideal candidate will have 2+ years hospitality experience as a Area Manager, State Manager/Regional Manager or similar level
- A people first leader with a natural ability to motivate all levels – from coaching future leaders to managing stakeholders
- You see the big picture and have the ability to implement and drive change through the lense of an executive team
- Experience leading, inspiring & developing teams within hospitality is essential
- Ability to demonstrate how to develop & maximise revenue growth across a portfolio of venues is important
- A leader who understands and appreciate all things fast-casual dining
- You have the ability to drive results through values and take an inclusive approach to sales analysis with Restaurant leaders
