Job description: There is an immediate need for an experienced Project Leader to join this busy team to take responsibility for the delivery of Industrial projects of a significant scale. You will lead your team and take the pressure off the Associates and Directors as a reliable, safe pair of hands. You will have previous experience in the design, documentation and delivery of large scale Commercial and Industrial projects.This is a collaborative studio that has continued to sustainably grow in the past few years. They know how to look after their staff and enjoy having a laugh at themselves while also ensuring great outcomes on their projects.As the ideal candidate you will have
- previous experience delivering large technical buildings
- experience leading a team.
- a high degree of technical expertise that extends to Construction detailing
- a working proficiency with Revit
- experience dealing with Industrial developer clients and be able to manage their communications and keep your project to time and budget.
