Game to join us?What you’ll doAs the Senior Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis you’ll play a key role in reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis. Beyond meeting deadlines, this position focuses on problem-solving and supporting key financial and strategic initiatives. The role involves working closely with senior leaders and executives to help drive the company’s success.Please note that this role is a Fixed term contract for 12 months, starting in October 2024 based onsite in Melbourne.As an overview your role will include:· Financial Analysis, modelling and reporting: Analyse consolidated monthly results, key performance indicators, and prepare reports for the Board and Executive Team.· Forecasting and Cash Flow Management: Manage monthly financial forecasting, including cash flow and capital metric analysis, to provide insights and improve business performance.· Investor Relations and Presentations: Coordinate and prepare half-year, full-year, and ad-hoc investor presentations, while developing briefing materials for the CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations team.· Budgeting and Strategic Planning: Lead the annual Budget and Strategic Planning processes.· Business Insights and Process Improvement: Handle ad-hoc financial analysis requests, leverage stakeholder relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance end to end financial or business processes.What you’ll bringTo succeed in this role, you must be an experienced finance professional with relevant qualifications (CA or CPA) and experience in large, complex, and regulated businesses. A strong commercial and strategic mindset, combined with a results-driven and curious approach, is essential. Equally important is your ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and effectively communicate, influence, and negotiate with senior stakeholders.What you’ll get
