About usData and Analytical Services (DAS) provides specialised data management, analysis and reporting services to Alfred Health in addition to providing application support for key corporate applications.About the roleThis represents an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced analyst to ensure smooth operational delivery of Quality and Safety information used across Alfred Health.The role will involve driving delivery of reporting products and dashboards used to support internal and external stakeholders in relation to Quality and Safety and Alfred Health’s preparedness for Accreditation.A key component of this role is to provide a higher level of in-depth analysis to better understand issues that have a wider organisational impact.About you
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data rigor
- Experience working in the health sector and knowledge of Public Health
- Experience in working with large complex data sets
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise at all levels of the organisation
- Good organisational, time management, written and verbal skills
- An ability to prioritise competing requirements into a program of work so that key stakeholders are clear on priorities, timelines
